I'm originally from Decatur, AL. I've lived in Middle Tennessee for 12 years.

I enjoy binge watching shows on Netflix & Hulu and/or spending time with my family.

I'm a natural planner. I consider myself the go-to when it comes to events! I am very loyal to my family and friends.

Being a part of Championspin helped me grow and become my best self mentally and physically. I coach now to have that exact same influence, impact, and connection with anyone that steps in the studio.
