45-minute mid-intensity, mid-impact lower body focused workout. Expect your glutes to burn (in a good way) and pop on the way out! We use resistance bands and dumbbells. All ages welcome
 

BE ON TIME 

To ensure the safety of our riders and to provide the best experience, our door is locked upon START TIME of class until class is over. If you foresee being late to class, you MUST reach out to CHAMPIONSPIN staff via the app or by text/call (9012972348) to notify them so you are not locked out. We want you to have the best experience possible!

To ensure the safety of our riders and to provide the best experience, our door is locked upon START TIME of class until class is over. Bring whatever you may need to class, as you will not be able to exit until class ends.  If you need to leave a few minutes early, please notify the CHAMPIONSPIN staff when checking in for class. If you have to leave in the middle of a ride, we recommend booking another ride so you can get the full experience and help us ensure we are safe and sound!

Riders are able to book their rides 7 days out. This means you can book out your whole week before it starts! We know life happens, so if you need to reschedule or cancel, you can do so in our app, or your confirmation email. If unable to do so, you MUST contact CHAMPIONSPIN via email (championspinstudio@gmail.com), text/call (9012972348), or message us via the site or app to do this. Social media DMs will NOT be accepted, and will be directed to the methods above. Please do not contact our instructors via their personal number for this, you will be directed to the methods above.
