To cancel your class, please do so within your booking confirmation or in the app; If unable to do so, please email Championspinstudio@gmail.com with "Full Name- Cancellation" in the subject line.   If you do not have an account with us, please include your phone number in the body of the email including the class you wish to cancel.  You can also call us at 615-490-0521.   NO SHOWS:   A no show will result in a $10 charge to the card on file for unlimited members and class pack members. If members card declines, CHAMPIONSPIN reserves the right to suspend membership until balance is paid. Class will be returned to member.   LATE CANCELLATIONS:   Cancellations and rescheduling can take place with no charge until 2 hours before a class. A late cancellation (within 2 hours of class) will result in a $5 charge to the card on file (within 1 hour of class will be a $10 charge), class will not be deducted from class pack or membership.    REFUNDS:   Due to third party processing, CHAMPIONSPIN does not offer refunds. To avoid charges, membership cancellations must take place 14 days before auto-payment date. --
