SPIN IS A 45-MINUTE INDOOR CYCLING CLASS. HIGH-INTENSITY, LOW-IMPACT, AND GOOD VIBES! EXPECT CHOREOGRAPHY, CLIMBS, SPRINTS, AND THE WHOLE 9. THIS CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ANY FITNESS LEVEL. 

BOUNCE

BOUNCE IS A 45-MINUTE LOW-INTENSITY, LOW-IMPACT FULL-BODY WORKOUT. WE USE TRAMPOLINES AND DUMBBELLS PAIRED WITH A FUN PLAYLIST. ALL AGES ARE WELCOME.

STRENGTH

STRENGTH IS A 45-60 MINUTE (WILL REFLECT ON SCHEDULE) FULL BODY WEIGHT TRAINING CLASS SUITABLE FOR ANY FITNESS LEVEL. EXPECT BODYWEIGHT WORK, HIIT, AND WEIGHTS! ALL AGES ARE WELCOME!

HYBRID

HYBRID IS A 45-MINUTE MID-INTENSITY, LOW-IMPACT FULL-BODY WORKOUT. THIS CLASS IS A HALF-AND-HALF EXPERIENCE. WITH ONE HALF BEING SPIN, AND THE OTHER HALF BEING STRENGTH, GLUTECAMP, OR MOBILITY AND STRETCHING, YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO WORK EVERY MUSCLE IN YOUR BODY! 

GLUTECAMP

GLUTECAMP IS A 45-MINUTE MID-INTENSITY, MID-IMPACT LOWER BODY-FOCUSED WORKOUT. EXPECT YOUR GLUTES TO BURN IN THE BEST WAY AND POP ON YOUR WAY OUT! WE USE RESISTANCE BANDS AND DUMBBELLS. ALL AGES ARE WELCOME.

KIDS CARE

NOW OFFERING CHILDCARE AND KIDS CLASSES! FOR KIDS 6MOS+, CHILDCARE IS COMPLIMENTARY FOR THOSE ATTENDING CLASS. FOR CHILDREN NEEDING ASSISTANCE, SUPERVISION, AND ACTIVITIES, THEY MUST BE BOOKED UNDER SLOTS TITLED "KIDS CARE"CHILDREN THAT DO NOT REQUIRE SUPERVISION OR ASSISTANCE CAN UTILIZE THE KIDS AREA WHILE YOU PUT IN WORK.

STEP 

 STEP IS A 60-MINUTE FULL-BODY WORKOUT. WITH A STEP AND WEIGHTS/BANDS, EXPECT TO REALLY SWEAT AND GET A HIGH-INTENSITY, LOW-IMPACT WORKOUT. ALL AGES ARE WELCOME. 

KIDS CLASS

KIDZ BOOTCAMPS! YOU'LL FIND KIDS CLASSES (DROP OFF AND GO HAVE SOME YOU TIME) ON OUR SCHEDULE EVERY MONTH. THESE CLASSES ARE $7 PER CHILD AND MEMBERSHIP ADD-ONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THEM SO YOU GET MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK PLEASE CONTACT THE STUDIO FOR ALL INQUIRIES.
